Admiral’s DXP is a multi-brand digital platform designed to unify customer experiences across Admiral’s international insurance products. As a mid-level product designer, I contributed to the end-to-end design of the Admiral app and DXP’s complex feature set, collaborating within a large cross-functional team. Mid-Weight Product Designer – Admiral DXP & Mobile App

Designing the future of multi-brand insurance experiences

Admiral’s DXP (Digital Experience Platform) is an ambitious product designed to unify all of Admiral’s insurance brands across international markets into one cohesive digital experience. As a mid-level product designer, I played a key role in designing both the DXP platform and the Admiral mobile app, balancing user needs, business goals, and FCA compliance across a highly complex ecosystem.

DXP is set to be a game-changer in the insurance landscape, offering customers a seamless, omni-channel experience across web, app, and future digital touchpoints.

My Role


  • Contributed to the design of DXP’s core features across multiple insurance products

  • Delivered UI and UX improvements to the Admiral mobile app as part of a major refresh, focused on authentication.

  • Collaborated with product managers, researchers, developers, and compliance teams

  • Worked within FCA guidelines to ensure all interfaces met regulatory requirements

  • Helped shape accessibility standards and contributed to design system evolution
